Our Educational Programmes

Free Being Me

Free Being Me: This educational programme is designed to engage participants especially 7- 10 year’s old around the world in exploring ideas about their body confidence and beauty that will affect them as they grow up, it shows participants that there is not just one way to look beautiful and that what’s inside them is what matters most.

Stop the violence

This a world global campaign to end violence against young people. It is an educative curriculum designed by World Association of Girl Guides and Girls Scout, since its launch in 2011 girl guides and Girls Scout around to have been tackling violence against Women and Girls in their communities through advocacy, education , awareness raising,  community action and research .

Internet Surf Smart

Surf smart 2.0 Generation Digital is a WAGGGS internet safety curriculum crated by the support of notion it was developed for worldwide use for girls only or coeducational group from the ages of 5-25 years, it provides a wide variety of activities that can be selected to respond to different contexts of learning need.

Menstruation Hygiene Management

To help girls and young women learn about menstruation also campaign against the challenges they face around their period from price of sanitary product to social stigma

Action on Body Confidence

Action on Body Confidence  (ABC) is a free being me activity pack developed by the World Association  of Girl Guides and Girls Scout and Dive self-esteem project , WAGGGS and Dove self-esteem project have been in global partnership since 2013.

Plastic Tide Tuner

The aim of plastic tide tuner is to a voluntary movement among young people across the world that will be committed to take action to reduce plastic waste in their immediate environment and communities.

We are a member of WAGGGS with 105 years of leadership development and active citizenship.

The Guide Group Membership

Brownies

Brownies

The first group is known as  Brownies – Children between the age of  5 to 10 years can join this group . They have very adventurous programs they do. They prepare themselves to render services to their communities.

Girl Guide

This is the second group is known as Girl Guides – when you have left Brownies, you can join this group between the age of 11 – 16 years old. They have very adventurous programs they do. They prepare themselves to render services to their communities.

Rangers

This is the their group is known as Rangers – when you have left Girl Guide, you can join this group between the age of 17 – 21 years old. They have very adventurous programs they do. They prepare themselves to render services to their communities.

Rangers

Youths

This is the their group is known as Youth – when you have left Rangers, adult between the age of 21 – 35 years old. They have very adventurous programs they do. They prepare themselves to render services to their communities.

Guilders

Guilders

This is the their group is known as Guilders – when you have left Youth, adult from the age of 35 years and above. They have very help to nurture the younger groups and contribute meaningfully to the society.
